Auto Insurance policies can be a little overwhelming to most people, especially if they have no insurance education. The cover page of your policy is referred to as the Declarations page. It is the part of the policy that lists your name and address, the coverages you purchased and how much you are paying for those coverages in insurance premium. It also lists the name of your insurance company, your policy number and any deductibles that may be applicable.
